UX. IA. Nerd.
In this project, our team re-designed the existing 3PAR site and implemented a customized CMS to allow the 3PAR marketing team to control the majority of the new site. The CMS allowed our team to design and build a set of interchangeable modules that can be turned on and off on a page-by-page level.
I was responsible for compiling the wireframes, detailing all modules, initial research in the acquisition of the CMS, and Project Management of the development team on a day-to-day basis.
Included in this PDF is a selection of wireframes that shows the high-level sitemap, detailed map of the Products and Solutions sections, the wireframes for both landing screens and the detailed modules that appear in both sections.
In this project our team re-designed the existing Charter site. Much attention had to be paid to the interactions that arose from the Localization and Programming modules. In each, the information presented to the user depended upon what was available to them based upon their geographical location.
I was responsible for compiling the wireframes and detailing all modules.
Inlcuded in this PDF is the Home Page and the detailed wireframes that show the interaction designs for the Programming and Localization Modules. Also included is the detailed Header, Footer, and Navigation bar.In this project, our team designed and built an electronic direct marketing (eDM) tool. It was built using the Zend Framework and the DoJo library. Our eDM Tool allows users to define and customize lists of target recipients, design an email or select from a list of pre-approved templates, customize content with personalized attributes by leveraging token substitution, and manage the workflow of the approval process. This tool is in use on a global scale with users and recipients located in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA. This required our tool to be able to handle multiple character sets.
I was responsible for Project Management and putting together the second development team.

In this project our team conducted multiple usability tests to test the development and design of new interactions.
I was responsible for finding and qualifying all subjects, occasionally leading the tests, asking questions, documenting all pros and cons of the design, filtering through the recordings of the subjects, and compiling a list of all issues and suggestions that users had. This was then used to prepare the Usability Report.
Unfortunately, all of these reports are under NDAs.
